OVERVIEW
WEBLINK2 is a tool, its intent is to make your business more efficient and profitable. This guide will demonstrate the use and features available to you within WEBLINK2. This guide also contains optional information such as; Mitchell1 - Labor guide, Service Intervals and Repair data. Since there are many information points in WEBLINK2, this document will guide you through how to find and available information quickly. It is intended with this manual that the first sections named – “Getting Started” and “WEBLINK Navigation and Setup” be used just to get you started. Once these items are understood and customized proceed with the following subjects (beginning with Navigation Menu) in order to learn all that WEBLINK2 can do for you. There are many tools available and some of them require some learning on your part. These advanced tools also require a basic understanding of how to find, move and work with files located in different places on your PC. You may also need to a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel or other Database programs you may have. Each will be addressed as they are used in conjunction with WEBLINK2. If you use this information the way it is presented, it will be profitable, valuable and helpful. Another suggestion is not to try to do too much at a time, you likely will get frustrated and may lose interest. Concentrate on the features you need or intend to use. Take it a little at a time and be certain employ what you are learning for positive reinforcement.
