Settings

 

Located in the upper-right corner of WEBLINK2 click the Settings link. This screen will open.

 

 

Settings allow the user to define, Labor Rate, Previous Vehicles, Previous Part Groups, Show Part Cost, Show Part Core Cost, set Default Quantity and the Default Start Page.

 

 

Labor Rate – Enter your hourly labor rate in dollars and cents. This will extend the dollar amount for any labor look-ups. After defining or making any change click the Make Changes and Click Here button to save and apply your settings.

 

 

Previous Vehicles – Determines the number of defined vehicles WEBLINK will store. As you look-up vehicles the newest will be stored up to your defined quantity. Older vehicle look-ups will drop off as this number is exceeded. The ClearNow button will clear out any currently stored vehicles.

• Previous Part Groups - Determines the number of defined part groups WEBLINK will store. As you look-up part groups the newest will be stored up to your defined quantity. Older part group look-ups will drop off as this number is exceeded. The ClearNow button will clear out any currently stored part groups.

 

 

Show Part Cost – Yes or NO, defines if cost is to be displayed when using WEBLINK2. This may be useful in the event that the computer screen may be visible to a customer.

• Show Part Core Cost - Yes or NO, defines if core cost is to be displayed when using WEBLINK2. This may be useful in the event that the computer screen may be visible to a customer.

• Default Quantity – Defines whether WEBLINK will display 1 or the per-car-quantity when looking up product.

• Default Start Page – Determines if the Cart or Catalog page is displayed when logging into WEBLINK2.

 

Tip – you must click “Make Changes and Click Here” to apply and save your settings.
